Has anyone in the South Island had success growing a Tamarillo Tree?

If so, what conditions do you have your tree in? And what has the yield been like?

Also keen to hear from anyone who has grown Passionfruit as well. My vine is growing BEAUTIFULLY but no fruit as yet.
