I've almost completed my first year of vege growing and have had a few disasters but loving it.
Right now I'm harvesting dwarf green and yellow beans, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, lettuces, tomatoes (very sporadically as sun has been a bit scarce here), yellow courgettes, carrots, strawberries and rhubarb, basil and coriander.
Interested to see what others get at this time of year (in different areas) and dream of what I could plant for next season.

Lower North Island - green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes including cherry, spring onions, lettuces, carrots, strawberries, rhubarb, peas (nearly finished and we never take them inside - they're planted to eat while we're wandering the veg patch), silver beet, beetroot, leeks, potatoes, onions including red, just picked first three cobs off the sweetcorn, all the herbs - coriander, basil, sage, mint, etc.

Canterbury Plains:
Now picking
Garlic (hung up to dry), tomatoes, large spring onions, corgettes, beetroot, radishes, cucumbers, gerkins, eggplant (all of one fruit), chillies (green), salad greens, borlotti beans.
Aleady gone
Globe artichoke, new potatoes, peas and snow peas, red cabbage, broccoli (went straight to seed).
Still waiting for
Watermelons, kiwano, tomatillos, sweet chestnuts, sweetcorn, horseradish, skyscraper sunflower (I roast and eat the seeds).
Just planted (for winter)
Leeks and shallots.
