Our rhubarb has gone rusty looking & shrivelling on the edges of the leaves what is it & how can we treat it please?

Our rhubarb went like that when it got too wet. It was in a wet spot, Hubby shifted it when it was dormant and it recovered in the Spring. Really thought we were going to lose it.
