I have two unopened bottles of Cherry Brandy approx. 20-30 yrs old!!!!! Question...... Would they still be okay and if so what can I use them for/in?
Thanks.

Cherry Clafoutis is great

Doubt brandy of any sort would ever go bad either

Nellie, the only reason I have a bottle of Cherry Brandy is because I use it only for sprinkling over the Christmas Cake when it comes out of the oven and every x-many weeks thereafter until we cut into the cake. My current bottle has been here for many years, and hasn't deteriorated, so if you're into making a Christmas cake you could use some on or in that.
Regards,
Dawn.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have fruit processing now for my Christmas cake (no2) so will give your suggestion a try, Dawn. Sounds good to me!!
GarethB, I have never heard of Cherry Clafoutis but will check it out. Thanks.
Love these forums. Always someone here to help out.
Cheers
Nellie
