I have celebrated the end of the school holidays with a wonderful batch of morning glory muffins from this very website and Lynleyfied a bit....(wholemeal flour (Healtheries - with the bran ground and re-added - nice gritty flavour and texture - and also I used unrefined molasses sugar (& a lot less) my spices were immaculately fresh and best quality (vanilla essence) what a success - I can hardly wait for school to start so I can pack the healthiest best looking lunch box in the west....or can I just hardly wait for school to start?
