This is what I have just done with the salmon steak I had for dinner tonight.
This morning I sprinkled the steak with some flaky sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, soft brown sugar and dill. I then poured over a couple of teaspoons of brandy, covered it and left it all day in the fridge. Then I grilled it on my George for 5 minutes on high and served it with green peas, cauliflower, mashed kumara and hollandaise sauce. Yummy!!
I have several other very simple, tasty recipes for salmon as I eat it at least once a week, sometimes twice.
