Does anyone know where you could buy small quantities? Searching I have only found it available in huge quantities. I have found a recipe to make vegetarian chorrizo which I am keen to give a try.
Karen, I remember seeing small bottles of it some years ago, havent seen it for a long time. You could try the granular lecithin which would prob. help for the chorizo.
I think lecithin is used as a preservative and for a smooth texture.
Would love to know how your chorizo turns out.
