I posted on non-food forum, but should have asked here. I am Greg, from Montana, USA and love this site, just haven't posted in a few years. I have spent quite a bit of time in NZ, and thoroughly enjoy my time there. SO, anybody getting into the Sous Vide method that myself and a lot of our chefs that use our market are doing?
