We have returned home from holiday to find a few marrows amongst the courgettes.
This loaf is perfect for using marrows and excess courgette/marrow puree can be frozen for later use.

I've got only 1 courgette plant, from New World's Little Garden. It has wonderfully huge leaves, and has had several large yellow flowers (one at a time) but none of them have turned into courgettes. I have seen very few bees around, but all my rocket has flowered, reseeded and overtaken the part of the garden it's planted in. However, my six red oak lettuce plants are doing well and providing me with enough leaves for a decent sandwich or light salad every lunch time.

No, courgettes have both male and female flowers on the same plant. I'd suspect that yours is only throwing male flowers at this point. Make sure it's getting enough water and you'll eventually get some female and male flowers together and you'll be away! Passionfruit do not need two vines either.
