Poachers

Every week when I do my online shop and order eggs ...I wonder why Farmer Brown does a 9 egg box of "Poachers". What is the difference between these and a normal egg? I cannot imagine for a moment these "poachers" cannot be boiled, fried, scrambled or used in quiches etc. Because an egg is an egg surely? (But I do note they are not "sized".) Please, is anyone in the know about this?
