Had these for dinner last night....the recipe sort of "envolved" started by cooking sliced mushrooms in butter and garlic....added cooked diced bacon, along with cooked chopped chicken and some diced red pepper.......add a good "splosh of cream" and some fresh parsley and thyme..then a spoonful of Dijon mustard and thicken that with cornflour and water.......let the mixture cool then made into filo parcels by folding the Filo corner to corner in triangles..baked in a hot oven and served with some spiced apricot chutney........we both came back for "seconds" !!!!
