I spotted these at the supermarket this week ( NZ grown) and this was the first time I've come across them. I was pleasantly surprised! Looking like a very large golden delicious - they taste a little like a less tart Braeburn and have a similar crisp texture. Just wondering if anyone else has seen these and if you've tried cooking with them. They are certainly a nice eating apple.
