lentil and farro salad with pomegranate

That salad looks so colourful, Helen. I also made a farro salad tonight with feta, olives, spring onions, lots of chopped herbs and a dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup and a little ground allspice. I sprinkled plenty of pomegranate seeds on top. The pomegranate cost $7.99. Prices here in Wanaka are generally a bit higher than in Auckland. Will try your recipe soon.

I picked up a pomegranate this morning for $4 so I am making this dish for dinner tonight, thank you Helen.

I am enjoying a daily pomegranate drink here un Istanbul, very yummy. Very cheap to buy one too.

There were lots of pomegranates in Sri Lanka but I didn't seem them juicing any.
