This is the first time I've attempted ginger beer. I used this recipe for the bug, as I wanted one that used fresh ginger rather than dried.

I now have a nice, bubbly bug sitting on my bench, but I am unsure what to do next. All the recipes I've read require a much greater quantity of bug (mine is about 250ml), but they also seem to have less ginger in them. I wondered if mine would be more concentrated?
I'd appreciate some idea of how to proceed from here. I don't want to go adding 3L of water like a lot of the recipes say, and end up with 6 bottles of weak, flat, nothingness.
