I bought some Ribaldo to go in a chowder over the weekend.
It looked good, was a change from Hoki but I was to be honest, I wasnt that impressed with it. It looked good on one side but when I turned it over at home, it was a bit mushy from the freezing/defrosting process.
I never learn my lesson - fresh is ALWAYS best, even in a chowder.
