I LOVE lemon slice but have never made it until now.
I used the Chelsea sugar recipe (no bake) but didnt have any condensed milk so just left it out. It worked out fine, quite fudgey in texture as I probably blitzed the biscuits too much and added too much lemon juice. I did end up cutting it up into small pieces and popped it into the freezer with the idea that Id treat myself for a couple of small pieces after dinner - LOL we will see how that goes.
I didnt ice it by the way.
Theres many recipes doing the rounds.
