Recently we had been getting lots of posts from someone wanting to sell products, spam really as none of it was relevant to us and where we live,
I emailed the address given and politely asked if they would stop posting as it just causes "rubbish" for me to clear and guess what - they have!
I am impressed as really didn't think they would pay any attention to my email.

I love it when we are pleasantly surprised by things and equally get annoyed when a response should be recieved and its not.
