smiling smileyHi All, has anyone used high ratio shortening ( Sweetex, CK, others) for their SMBC or IMBC? If so, was it nicer taste, less greasy than Kremelta? Last question, where did you or can you buy? Thank you all in advance smiling smiley

I wouldn't contemplate cooking with it, let alone eat it. It is made of partially hydrogenated oils plus emulsifiers.
