Hi, I think it was your recipe, TPANDAV, that had zucchini and bacon (and you add the fat from the bacon too)...I've lost the link, can anyone help me, I want to make these for taking away with us next week.

Griz I think this might be the recipe you are looking for. It is a great recipe and I make them often. Scroll down to Bacon and vege muffins.

This is another goodie - its super quick and easy to make.

Cheesy Muffins
Makes 12 regular sized muffins
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
A pinch of curry powder or cayenne pepper
Turn the oven on to fan 210 degrees C
Mix flour, cheese sugar, salt and curry/cayenne into a bowl
Beat egg and add to the milk
Pour wet mixture into the dry and mix lightly with a fork.
TIP – MIX as little and lightly as possible and what ever you do, don’t beat!
Place into greased muffin trays
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden
Eat with lots of butter or even JAM!
Delicious!!!

That looks close to what my mum always called cheese busters, Vanessa. Lots of names for similar things I think.

Cheese Busters is a great name for them!
Eaten fresh with loads of butter, you cant go wrong.
