Eugénie Brazier, known as "la mère Brazier" (12 June 1895 - 2 March 1977) was a famous French chef, the first woman to earn three Michelin stars - Google is marking her 123 birthday!
As an aside, one of my middle names is Eugénie, pronounced the French way - you zhay nee, not you jean ee.
