Dripping bowls/containers

In these days of healthy eating, is it still possible to buy dripping bowls. Years ago I had one with an insert with holes in and a lid. We don’t have roasts that often, but I recently reminded myself, almost by accident, of how good the veges are when they’re done in fat rather than oil, so I’m on a mission. Haha. Thanks, Janet

If I am lucky enough to have spare fat from roasted duck or pork I just pour it into a Pyrex jug and keep it in the fridge. I’d be very surprised if dripping bowls are still manufactured.

That’s my thinking too, but I thought I’d ask.

This one's for oil - just putting it up because it's interesting/pretty... [www.trademe.co.nz]
