I have some 4” (10cm) springform pans which I am lending to a friend to make wee Christmas cakes in. Has anyone made small fruit cakes as I need to know the approximate cooking time.
I make mine in the 375g tuna tins lined with newspaper on the outside and bake at 160c for 75mins covered and lower heat to 150c for another 30-45 mins uncovered, no fan.
