Does anyone make these at home?
Gosh, they are seriously delicious. I had one at the mall the other day and selected salmon and spicy tuna - raw of course, salad base and a selection of other things.
I had their house dressing and a bit more spice and topped it with crunchy onion flakes and something nutty.
I think what really worked was the freshness and variety of textures as well as the flavours. There were many many ingredients in mu bowl!
What are you staples to make a delicious poke bowl? (keen to omit rice/noodles)
