I am wondering if anyone else has a problem with the cooking of Chicken Legs. I absolutely hate the way some of these cook., especially when the cooked meat yields the most hideous dark blood colours on the meat. I am most particular too, making sure that they are well cooked. I cannot eat them and always throw them away. I buy these fresh, they look lovely, but they always turn out this way, especially around the top of the leg where it has been cut. What am I doing wrong?
