Throws me back to baby food days and ice cube trays full of pureed silver-beet waiting to be mixed into mashed kumara [shudder]...

You could freeze it- after blaching- but the question is really should you freeze it? It can be grown year round in much of the country, in fact it's the one vegetable I always have on the go.
Dont be affraid to compost your excess or feed it to the chooks if you have some (they go totally crazy for it), its just so much better fresh from the garden.
