Smiles
Posted by Ali W
I have a bit going on at the moment, a gravely ill sibling, a knee injury, stresses at work and so on, as we all do from time to time.
About an hour ago we decided to blow the cobwebs away with a gentle forest walk. The air is so nice there and the firmly compacted cyway is good for walking to strengthen my knee.
A few paces along the path there is a line of young pine trees and some lovely person has hung silver Christmas balls on a lot of them. I just broke into the biggest smile, it really gladdened my heart.
Just a little gesture to share with everyone to spread some happiness.
Makes me want to go down and hang some more!
