I have a pattern page that states it is 85% of the original size. So to copy it back up to original size do I copy it at 115%?
That seems logical to me, but may not be.

Divide by 85, multiply by 100. That makes it 117.6%, so 115% should be fine.

I'm confused by TPANDAV's first sentence. On your calculator, put in the desired size (in your case, 100). Divide it by the current size (in your case, 85). Answer, as TPANDAV says, 117.6.
