I purchased a Breville Bench Top Oven last weekend (on sale - wahoo!). It's a Smart Oven Pro BOV845BSS.

I was just wondering if anyone here who has one, has purchased an additional wire rack and maybe an additional enamel baking pan (the one that comes with the oven) so that you could try and bake 2 trays of biscuits at once?

Not sure if it would be ok to put the 2nd wire rack on the bottom position in the oven so that you could bake biscuits - might be too close to the bottom heating elements?

Hi Wilma, when I bought mine they didn't offer an additional wire rack, but I don't think I would get one anyway as the oven does do different things well in different places. I actually use the bottom position for baking anyway - I only use the middle rack for toasting (bread and also nuts) or grilling larger things like chicken breasts. If I need more oven space I use my normal oven.
