Daylight Saving

I have been reminded that daylight saving will start this weekend and I wish it didn’t begin so early. The nights and mornings here in the South are still rather cold and I would quite happily do away with it altogether. I understand that it was intended as an energy saving matter, however I need to turn heating on because it´s so early in the morning. Also, it takes me quite some time to adjust and even the dog seems to feel the difference when we put the clock forward or back for that matter. Am I a spoilsport?

no it will be darker again in the morning. I would be happy not to have it as well.

You are not a spoilsport, Chris. We all have varying thoughts on daylight saving.
I also think it starts far too early, somebody must think it is Summer.
