I have just acquired a Soda Stream, Gemini model, but it has no instructions with it. Has anyone got a leaflet/booklet they could photocopy for me, please? I know it's probably very basic, but I'm always a bit wary about playing with cylinders filled under pressure. This one has a brand new cylinder with it's seal still in place that has to be installed inside the machine. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I used to have a soda stream many years ago, I presume they haven't changed the design that much. Sorry, I haven't got an instruction book but you just take the red cap off (is it still red?), then push it up the back and screw it in firmly.
I've got a few recipes using various flavours which I can email to you if you like.
