Seems like there is still interest in this pattern. Once again I have not looked at this site for ages so decided maybe it is time to post the pattern for future knitters. I'm due to start clicking away for a friends baby. Happy knittingby jennifer - Foodlovers Non-Foodie Chat
Re: plunket singlet knitting pattern - 10 years ago
Singlet One and half balls of 3ply baby wool. No.7 needles. Cast on 55 sts and (every row the same)knit 2 purl 2 to end of each row and then knit 1. This makes broken rib pattern which forms the body of the singlet. (The yoke is in garter stitch) Repeat this row for 7-8 inches always having an odd knit 1 at the end of each row. Now knit one row in plain garter stitch and cast on 6 stitby jennifer - Foodlovers Non-Foodie Chat

Tomato Sauce mauli or kitchen whiz??? - 12 years ago
I want to make sauce but no longer have a mauli. Been told kitchen whiz is fine but I am concerned the "mushed up" skins & seeds may change sauce flavour.by jennifer - Foodlovers Food Talk

Re: How to cook a ham - 12 years ago
I have been buying a raw ham for the last 5 years at Christmas. Bake in an open dish -skin side up. 1 hour for every 1 KG at 150. This was given to me by an old family friend & she had cooked her ham this way for years. I would never buy a pre-cooked ham again.Very easy. Not salty & a taste to die for.by jennifer - Foodlovers Food Talk

Re: Turbo convection oven [glass bowl sits on bench] - 12 years ago
Been watching the videos thanks a Gr8 help. Just done date scones. Look gr8 too hot for the taste test. Hotest temp Heat tray while mixing scones 10 min approx put scones on baking paper Approx 8 min then turned over to brown bottoms. As I haven't made scones in ages due to being 2 mean to turn oven on for 1 batch I am very impressed. However my banana cake looked cooked until I turned it ouby jennifer - Foodlovers Food Talk

HELP PLEASE I have just bought one of these ovens but no recipes with it . Wondered if I could slice apple & place a "butterflied" chicken on top. Similar to the pork cooked on master chef. Hubby says I would need chicken on a tray as it cooks with the air all around it.by jennifer - Foodlovers Non-Foodie Chat
