We ate there on Thursday. Not the place to go to if you want a quiet conversation. Lively and vibrant and very loud. The building has wooden floors and a very high ceiling hence the noise. THey don't take bookings but we didn't have to wait very long. The food is an Asian mix. The service was great. I had their specialty 25 herb and spice lamb- the sauce was fantastic. I don't like having to pay for rice to go with my meal( just a little niggle I have)

I agree about the rice charge especially in Thai restaurants as their prices cover the cost of the rice.
