I have a 2.2kg whole fresh salmon for Wednesday. I want to stuff it and oven bake it in foil as I do not have a big enough pan. Any ideas what I should do with it and how hot and long should I bake it for? and say a sauce.

I marinaded the salmon in a fresh herb, onion, mustard and red wine mix. I then stuffed it with fresh herbs, onions and lemons, wrapped it in foil and baked it at 200 degrees for 45 mins. I served it with a red wine sauce with fish stock and some of the juices. It worked.
