Any suggestions on how to make cauliflower tasty and interesting, without resorting to milk cheese or meat?
Thanks

Have you tried cooking the cauliflower in the usual way, the sprinkling the top with cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together, then grilling to make a nice crunchy topping.

I have served it with a mild curry dressing. Use one of the commercial curry dressings served over still crunchy cauliflower. More a summer recipe than a winter one. My family enjoy it.

blanche cauli, whitewash it (coat in flour/water mix), crumb with breadcrumbs. Must leave in fridge for a while so the crumbs settle (if u don't they'll come off during cooking). deepfry until slightly cooked.

Cauliflower Stir-fry
Try this with cauliflower, broccoli or broccoflower (or combination of all)
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in wok.
Cook some red onion wedges until soft.
Add cauliflower (and/or broccoli etc)
Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
Add combined 60ml cider vinegar, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 cup chopped basil.
Cook until cauli is just tender.
Enjoy!
