A while ago Helen mentioned a Baked Cheese Cake, Helen mentioned that it was particularly nice. I think she had been to a ?? and the lady made this particular Cheese Cake, If I recall correctly, Helen then saw the recipe printed in a newspaper and corrected or confirmed an ingredient,,I have used the search button but I can not see any recipe there that jogs my memory...Any one that can point me in the right direction please...I would be very grateful..

It is indeed the very recipe,..my daughter in law has her birthday next week and she loves the baked cheesecakes. So it is just what I wanted to make for her.

It is such a great cheesecake and you have reminded to me to make and photograph it so I can add it to our recipes.The only issue is that if I make it then I will be inclined to eat it. haha
