Firstly, it's only a Best Before date, not a Use By date so they'll still be edible for a long time after the best before date has been reached.
Secondly, it depends on the ingredients, but unless the ingredients are undesirable, I'd be adding them to anything and everything, such as stews and casseroles, curries, pasta, pizzas, stir-fries, vegetable mixes, egg dishes, savoury baking (muffins, pastries, breads), salads, soups.
