I often get recipe books out of the library, and some time back made a sweet focaccia which had dried apricots in it, and flaked almonds on top.
As I remember it was a method that didn't require kneading, but is not from any of the Artisan bread in 5 minutes a day books (which I have).
Does anybody have a recipe like this, or is able to tell me which chef the book might have been by- a long shot I know, but you guys have so often been able to help out that I thought it must be worth a go, just in case someone knows.
