Before having access to a computer I collected many cookbooks over the years.I really enjoyed the Australian Womens weekly books, the soft cover series. I think they may still put them out but I no longer buy them.I have quite a few of them but one in particular I can't find.I obviously lent it out and it never came back.I have written the recipe that I love to make in my own cookbook. It is called Chinese Beef and in brackets I have written (w.wkly Best ever Recipes).I am after the photo of the finished dish.I have forgotten how it was presented. If anyone has the book could you please show it to me somehow and I could print it off.Thanks.

I've still got 7 of what used to be an extensive collection of the WW cookbooks. I 'lent' most of them to my youngest son some years ago when he was raising his two girls single-handedly, and unfortunately they were lost in the Tapu floods of 2000 when the house he was renting was inundated. He lost everything, including his car. Still, he and his family were, thankfully, able to get out of the flooded house although it was in the middle of the night.
