Does anyone have any particularly fascinating cauliflower rice additions and/or flavours?

Toasted nuts are a good addition, giving a bit more body. Cashews if serving with Asian dishes, almonds, pine nuts or pistachios for Middle Eastern, Pecans with anything!

What about
ground cumin, chilli and coriander

OR turn it into a tabouleh style salad

- Cauliflower
- Rice
- Salt
- Pepper

Making process
- Place cauliflower chunks in a food processor and pulse until broken down into rice-size pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Add cauliflower, rice, salt, and pepper.
- Cover skillet and cook until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork
