Ahh thanks J1, yes I could have gone and looked at the wrapper couldn't I?
I was thinking of creating a black forest slice with chocolate, shortbread chunks and chunks of cherry but I don't know how to get the black forest cherry flavour.
There are dried mixed cherries, cranberries and something else at the supermarket but I don't want the something elses, just cherries and black forest flavoured ones....

I don't suppose you'd want to go near those glace cherries, if they'd be suitable? I'm thinking Tasti brand, but I see there's a Homebrand too which is possibly better than Tasti... [www.nzherald.co.nz]
