This recipe was posted by Helen a couple of years ago.I printed the recipe out, put it away and forgot about it.Did any member make it and if so how was it? Hi Marylew, I know it is better to get input from others but just to tell you, the cake is firm in texture making it easy to ice and transport.
It came from a friend of mine who makes it regularly to sculpt and decorate for special events.
While it is firm it isn't dry and it does have a good flavour.
Has anyone else made it?

Hi Helen or any member who has made this cake,was the chocolate put in as is or do you melt it first.My daughter just rang me about it and I said put it in as is because the recipe didn't say melt first.I thought I would just ask thanks.
