Spice rubbed chicken with mango salsa

Basically you poach the chicken in a flavoured brine, then brush with spiced oil and BBQ

Only problem is that the dish website seems to be down at the moment and I can't get onto the recipe and had planned to have it for a dinner party tonight - can anyone help here? does the website work for you or do you happen to have the magazine with the recipe in?
