While waiting for my husband to have his eye check up this morning, I was browsing a NZ House & Garden magazine, possibly September 2018.
Anyway. I took a photo of a recipe but it is not there now I am home.
It is for date, blue cheese, creme fraiche and ? To use as either an endive boat stuffing or a spread.
I have tried to find their recipes on line without any luck.
Anyone have this recipe? There are lots on the net for similar ingredients.
