Using up fruit and vege and odds and sods

Hi All
I have not been terribly active on the forum - mostly because I have lost some mojo with cooking as my teens cook a bit, and I am often out in the early evening. We continue to eat healthily but it has been a bit uninspired.
This weekend I did use up some odds and sods and things we had lying around so thought I would share them in case the ideas are interesting to anyone
- finished up some lingering milk powder from a camping trip by making Coconut Caramel Scones
- used the half cabbage by making sauerkraut
- used up a mix of red and luisa plums to make three jars of plum jam - some were half bruised so I cut those bits out. Just a small batch.
- used two sad bananas up in a Quick Mix Banana Cake
- used the remaining third of the feta cheese to make Feta Avocado Chilli Smash on toast
- cut up the lingering watermelon, apricots and remaining plums with half a tin of leftover pineapple (from teens home made pizza) to make fruit salad
- picked some apples from the tree that were a bit buggy - grated the rest for Bircher Muesli for tomorrow
The fruit bowl and fridge are quite empty now but we have eaten well all weekend.
I can't stand it when the cabbage or feta go off before they are finished, or nobody eats the plums because they are not perfect - so I feel quite happy tonight.
Anyone else been using up their odds and sods?
