Hi, I'm down to the last of the apples, after 4 buckets, and I decided to do them with the skin on. They were the worst looking small apples with blotches on the skin. I cored them and cleaned up the skin blemishes and put them through the blender. I am cooking them now but not sure what to add other than some sugar.and a tspn mixed spice. I've frozen apples for years but never started with the apples already minced. Should I add anything else? thanks des
