I am looking for a class to learn icing techniques and have not been able to find anything that suits as I do not want a one off lesson, but rather one that progresses. I would appreciate any information that any of you may have regarding this. I am on the North Shore of Auckland, but not adverse to driving into Auckland city. I have googled but came up with Zilch - lots of decorating cupcakes etc;

Yes there are many 1 off classes for decorating but for ongoing classes for cake decorating, it may be best to go to night school classes
Selwyn College near me has a lot of cooking classes and I think there was some cake icing ones when I looked through their brochure
