Hi Ali - I make a very simple (but tasty), one. I chop up the cauli, and I use the tender, pale green inner leaves as well, and simmer it in chicken stock with a couple of bay leaves until soft. I add some milk - either full cream or skim, S & P, remove the bay leaves and blitz it with a stick blender, then check the consistency. if it's too thick, add some more milk and then I grate some nutmeg in and another brief blitz. Taste as you go. For a little indulgence, a 'splodge' of cream is lovely. Add a sprinkle of finely chopped parsley/chives/spring onions on top when serving.

Ali, Helen has two recipes in her recipe bank here. Firstly a Creamy Curry Cauliflower Soup and then a Creamy Cauliflower Soup
I have used a Broccoli and Blue Cheese recipe in the past (just googled to find one) and that works well with either Cauliflower or Broccoli
