Graham Crackers - McVities Digestives
Heavy Cream - I just use normal cream

The weight of the cream refers to the fat content. NZ cream is very rich in fat (45%) and is classed as heavy cream.

Ordinary NZ cream (e.g. Anchor) is 38% butterfat, Lewis Road Double Cream is 48%.
