Emma is on the search for one of her first recipes. It was lemon linguine, and from memory, only had egg and lemon juice over the hot linguine, but was simply delicious. I've searched high and low for specifics, but can't find the original recipe. I'm wondering if it was on a NZ TV cooking show. Does anyone have the recipe? Thanks, Janet

It must have cheese, surely? Most of the recipes call for lemon juice and Parmesan cheese plus maybe some olive oil and herbs. It really does seem to be a simple recipe and I like the sound of this one from Jamie Oliver:
