Having a household of teenagers I am often having to come up with food for a crowd at the last moment as they arrive home with extras in toe. I am getting stuck on ideas, and would love some new ideas to have on hand, to keep their ravenous appetites happy and contented.

Coca cola chicken is quick and easy and the kids (bigger ones too) love it. If you check the search on the message board site it has the coca cola chicken recipe. Another idea which my son (19) and his mates like are creating their own pizzas and panini. Have the bases in the freezer (3 & 4 packs from the supermarket work well) and let them loose with cheeses, spaghetti, olives, tomato paste & fresh tomatoes, cream cheese, cranberry jelly, chicken, ham etc and its amazing what they create to their taste buds. Usually someone helps me to clean up
